As a writer-artist-advocate, I am fascinated by our connection and role in nature. We live in a world of wonder and wisdom. Yet, our systems are causing chaos, confusion and delusion. Our devices, crises and vices are distracting and destroying humanity.
We can continue to allow things to affect us, or we can have courage, compassion and creativity to overcome calamities. Our collective deficiencies are causing harm, especially to the innocent ones in our natural world.
Most people believe that the climate has issues that concern us all. Most feel confused, exhausted, overwhelmed or powerless to do anything about it.
We are losing precious time and opportunities to be the stars we were meant to be.
We can choose a different path and help illuminate the way…
What if we were satiated within ourselves, symbiotic with nature and stopped supporting materialism and stopped destroying nature to feed our greed?
The truth is, everything is connected from the soils to the stars. I have spent years advocating for and restoring nature, researching and discovering different aspects of ecosystems and humanity, and it is really quite simple. We are nature.
Each one of us has a distinctive role, a unique perspective, and we are being asked to rise above the turmoil in these troubling times! We can foster myths that instill fear or we can nurture compassion and empathy for the wild and our own wild nature.
Our wild kin need us to be their voice for protecting habitats and species. Nature speaks, but many are not listening or know how to heed the calls and pleas. It is depressing to watch the idolatry of the inane and immoral “leaders” and “entertainers”. It is disheartening to observe people not question agendas that are designed for their own demise. And, it is most distressing to witness the lack of justice, value and respect that species and ecosystems deserve. It is time to look into our own hearts and minds and deeply question our own actions, words and deeds.
We can choose to partner with nature. I have for decades, and I sincerely hope you do, too. We expand ourselves through appreciating the value of goodness, beauty, and community. And, nature and her beings help us grow our connection with Something Greater than Ourselves.
Ask yourself:
What harmful narratives are you empowering?
Explore and deepen the messages that you want to “reflect” in your community.
What myths are you willing to dispel in yourself and in your life so that you “shine” in the world?
The breakdown in systems can lead to new growth and opportunities. Wildlands job is to help restore soils and souls by serving a Connection- A Higher Vision for Self.
Your voice is your choice!
What is your relationship with your advocacy?
Internal inventories help to unearth our next steps on our unique path. Knowing self leads to cultivate our independence and self-reliance. Fortune favors the noble and the bold.
Exploring our inner wildlands to heal harmful messages allows new perspectives and helps to create new outcomes. Connecting with nature enriches and deepens our sense of self and our role in belonging. We have a profound impact on our wild lands and wildlife.
Inspiration and connection increases health, well-being and helps us have a meaningful life. Our job is to be a piece of the peace that ensures our future and sets ourselves free.
Wildlands expresses feelings and values to guide people toward inner growth for a broad collective change.
Each of us is the star in the greatest galactic adventure!

Humility is to see animals, humans and nature as One, and live accordingly.
Do you hear, see and know our planet’s needs? Do you know how to fix the problems while using your skills and unique qualities of self? Each one of us belongs to nature’s generous, symbiotic systems. We must stop poisoning her with our our own need, greed and insecurities. And, we must have the courage to tell those who harm to #GivebacktoEarth #HelpRebirth #RestoreSoilsandSouls

Excellent! Indeed, we are nature in a literal sense. According to our current understanding of astrophysics, the oxygen atoms that we breathe, the calcium atoms in our bones, the iron atoms in our blood, etc., were assembled in the cores of earlier generation stars. Once these stars ran out of their hydrogen fuel, they began the long sequence of events that culminated in their explosion and the dispersal of the atoms they assembled into their host galaxy. Those dispersed atoms later gathered and formed new stars and planets, one of which we call earth. Plants, minerals, animals (including humans, from Latin humus, i.e., earth) are made of these atoms.
