I live peacefully among all species, and talk with all the beasties. Some make fun of those who are different- Which is of no concern, as my life is happy and magnificent! As I connect with animals, insects, reptiles and bees, With the cacti, rocks, flowers, plants, and trees. And swim with the aquatic life, large and small; I walk with four-leggeds, and love them all. We are all interconnected, and that is fact! I do no harm as I walk, talk, and act. I sing in harmony with all of nature’s voices, Knowing that simplicity and kindness are choices. I connect with the earth in my bare feet, My heart connects with all of life’s beat; Giving is my expression of love for nature, animals and, people, too— Even though I do not like what many do. To heal the grief for all the harm and destruction; We must live peacefully, with nature’s instruction: Empathy for others, follow nature’s way and do not pillage. Connection with all species is like living in one big village. Dance with the winged ones and hear their call. We must love daily, as we are nature and related to all! Protect and respect life in the air, soil, oceans and rivers, And all the habitats and sentient beings that walk, fly, swim and slither! I AM Nature, WE Are Nature, an original poem by Robin Motzer (previously shared in February 2023, the beginning of Wildlands)
Life is in purrfect alignment for your success! You are loved! Gratitude is devotion to beauty, truth in good in motion!

Happy Thanksgiving! Happy Caturday, with a “catitude” of gratitude.
Everyone benefits from gratitude, which heals mind body and spirit. As we give thanks for all we are given, I am grateful for all my relations, (my brethren, my family), art and Mother Nature. Enjoy and share one of my favorite poems, I AM Nature, WE are Nature, and one of my commissioned animal portraits for a human client… “Bubules”, cat portrait. I am grateful for the flora, fauna… the biota… and “ameowzing” sentient beings, who provide services, are brethren and have purpose… cats- big and small, I am grateful for them all!
Remember, what you do to others, you do to yourself. You pay a higher price for doing harm than when others do harm to you. When we harm, our destructive behavior returns to us in harmful ways. This profound Truth is motivation to change fear-based behaviors, thoughts, words, feelings, perceptions and deeds into expressions of Forgiveness, Compassion, Empathy, Gratitude, Love and Oneness.
Wildlands is the art of natural nurturing, and is my life’s work - a wholistic approach with the goal to help people be authentic, grateful, blissful, and be a blessing to the world.
Thank you for supporting and sharing Wildlands: The art of loving nature and self. A creative revolution that explores “Ruff” times and Rebel minds to restore beauty, truth, and good naturally and simply, with a mission to transform and stop harm.
My work is my Giving Thanks for the sentience, beauty, love of Life. I AM Nature, WE Are Nature. Love from a Nature-lover, advocate, artist, poet, writer- Robin Motzer, aka “Loud Hawk”, Poet with a Purpose”. “Pet portraits” and animal companion healing services are available. Native Peoples, First Nations People, lived in harmony with nature and did far less damage to life. National Native American Heritage Month is celebrated each year in November. Find native heritage and honor the native land you call home. What can YOU do to lessen your impact on nature, humans and non-humans?
As we Give Thanks for all that we are blessed with in our lives…What are YOU grateful for this Thanksgiving? And, what are YOU Giving in honor of your Thanks?
Thank you for sharing my poem and art, Linnea.
Beautiful poem Robin. Reminds me of the work by Ralph Waldo Emerson. He also thought all of nature was connected to one another and to the universe.
