The Heartist

Designs for a Better World

There was a beautiful soul who was an artist,
Compassionate and patient, known as “the Heartist”.
With a deep rooted love to paint, draw, write and such,
An awe for people, animals and nature expressed very much!

A lover of life great and small actions showed,
Through loveliness of mind, words and visions so pure she glowed.
Exploring the world with the innocence of a child,
With gentleness, a splendor, so meek and so mild.

Trusting and inviting new friends to play,
She was happy, creative and looked forward to each day!
As time went on, life became difficult and hard,
All that she worked for had been damaged and marred.

With each new trouble she began to change,
Nightmares remembered, her life had to rearrange.
She became tired and depleted, her visions dim and dark,
Aiming for her dreams, but missing her mark.

With no desire for the strangeness, full of confused people,
Her world had become hostile, dishonest, and good deeds were feeble.
In spite of what changed the stunning world to cold and gray,
She vowed to keep going, despite the decay.

Overcoming a stained world, with a fierceness to return,
Using all of her strength, faith and will to re-learn.
To get back to a bright, glorious, colorful place,
Inner growth must be first to expand the Grace.

Not realizing how far away she had gone,
Betrayed by those masked as kind was their con.
Beginning a new journey with a renewed state of mind,
Good riddance to the chaos, strife and all that bind.

“Enough!”, she cried, no more pain, suffering and lack,
One must let go, surrender, and never look back.
The only way out is to go quietly, alone, deep within.
To trespass with deceit and greed is a great sin.

Taking new roads, discovering new things to explore,
She danced, laughed and sung her way back to her core.
When she returned to her old world, it also was transformed,
Knowing Truth, there was no reason for distress and forlorn.

Trauma is the portal, the Garden’s door,
Life is a dream, I AM to restore.
A Higher Authority allows all to be empowered,
To Transcend like the Phoenix, the Celestial bird!

The world was different but it was her that had changed,
She was much more aware, courageous and broad-ranged.
Experiencing the dark and preferring the light,
Stopping the struggle and ending the fight.

Knowing she belonged and why she returned,
Grateful for the hard times and all that she had learned.
Creating a better world with once hidden treasures,
Shared in joy of service for everyone’s pleasures.

A beacon for others who have lost their way,
To connect with something Greater to find their new day.
Guiding others from the dark to the light,
So that their own Self may shine, true and bright!

People share from all over the world to say,
“The message reminds us God’s will is our way!”
Grateful to Be the Light for our trials and errors,
Reminding that you, too, have strength to transmute your own terrors!

Peaceful Presence supports with wisdom and grace,
Never again distracted by a dingy, dark place.
Meeting new friends, together, they played,
Where Love now ruled and fear outweighed!
