Our Constitution’s Preamble
“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
When we take responsibility for ourselves and expand our awareness, we know that there is no “right or left”, “us vs. them” or “other”. We are interconnected and are a “peace” of the web of life.
When we evolve to Oneness from “otherness”, we win the biggest political, emotional and spiritual coup of our time.
Let’s cooperate and coo about our cool connection with Something Greater than Ourselves and with each being. When we honor that nature and her beings also have agency, we live in accordance with nature’s rights and the Laws of Nature.
Authority is our birthright, no matter what species, “class”, color or creed. To me, they are all costumes. Separation keeps us fearful, victimized and traumatized. Life is full of opportunities to unlearn, re-learn, grow, and serve. In our own way, we are teachers, healers and can rise above conflicts and go deeper. We have a choice, choose wisely.

The King and His Quack - Tyrants are Wack and Based on Lack There was an Evil King who had an enabling, awkward assistant. They were cruel, caused great pain, and were annoyingly persistent. Distrust speaks from one side and takes from others, Force and control undermines, sabotages, silences and smothers. To victims they shifted, They attacked the kind, intelligent and gifted. No talent, no beauty, no empathy they could take, As it threatened their intentions of unfathomable fake! Cruelty leaves turmoil, destruction, and devastation in their wake. Through bullying and harassing, it's a tragic mess that they make. Preying on vulnerable and those with the most generous of heart, Shows weakness, ignorance and why the world is suffering and torn apart. Greed, entitlement, and indifference are not very smart. Excusing themselves while accusing others, While building on the backs of their sisters and brothers. They delight and charm for the highest bidder of the game, And abuse with their temporary power, money and fame. The Higher Law is what one sows, so shall they reap. The wicked eventually pays and the price is far from cheap. One day, the Evil King and his Quack Will be given all the misery they created a million times back. Habitat Restoration, we create native pollinator next to food gardens in parks and schools in Arizona.
In California, 300 K-12 kids and I painted wildlife art in a garden at a major conservation-restoration organization.
My work has helped get pesticides OUT of our parks, schools, HOAs, neighborhoods, water, soils and souls.
I’ve hosted dozens of holistic healthcare, animal care and conservation, habitat restoration, art, writing and poetry classes, presentations and retreats. And I’ve inspired organizations and individuals to create their own habitat restoration work, online magazines and newsletters.
Poetic justice is part of my passion to help shift the ethos of liberation, health, well-being and our connection with nature and All.
